Residential:

Residential schemes are amongst the most complex an Architectural firm will works on, primarily because of the close relationship formed with the client. With 4 years of experience dealing with residential clients on schemes varying in value from £30,000.00 to £2,000,000.00. Whatever the size of your project, or the level of service you need, all projects receive the same design input and attention to detail

Our type of work ranges from single storey extensions within conservation areas, new housing developements with upto 52 plots and apartments, mixed use developments, etc. Our schemes have been a mix of private and social housing working to at least to code level 3.

Education:

Although Schools may have an identified need for a new building or perhaps an extension to an existing building, Head Teachers and Governors often find the process of advancing ideas to reality difficult.

Therefore we will take it from the initial sketch design options, to completion of the finished building, we will work hand-in-hand with the School at every stage of the design process. We will develop your scheme from the initial site survey and sketch options, through the detailed design and Planning Application process, to construction activities on site. Working closely with your chosen builder, we will inspect the work on site and deal with all aspects of the management of the project to ensure timely completion and a high-quality end product.

Some of the education schemes worked on to date are school amalgamations within the north east lincolnshire county area with a combination of new classrooms, adapting existing spaces and refurbing existing classrooms.

Retail:

As a company we have worked with some key clients ranging from M&S, Starbucks, Monsoon, Debenhams Desire, etc. They have been one off schemes and part of a mixed use developments - we managed all planning and building control drawings and conditions but also co-ordinated with there technical departments to ensure all requirements were meet through the original brief.
